Joris Rome joined Indufin in May 2002. Before that he worked in the investment banking division of HSBC Investment Bank (London) and Artesia/ Dexia (Brussels). Joris holds a MSc in Finance from Strathclyde Business School and a degree in Applied Economics from UFSIA (University of Antwerp).
Joris is director of AXI and Veritas.

In 2001 he left Cobepa and, through a buy out, he organised the acquisition of a portfolio of participations by Indufin.
He is director of Luxempart, and member of the management committee. He is also a director in several companies like Bartech, NMC, Kyotec Group and Baobab Collection. He is director of UWE (Union Wallonne des Entreprises).

The complexity of the economic environment requires discipline in the daily management.
Jean-François Vryens graduated in Business administration. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as senior auditor. In 1996, he joined Fortis Private Equity successively as management controller and investment manager. In 1999, he joined Mosane (a Belgian listed investment company and subsidiary of Cobepa) as investment manager. In 2001, he left Cobepa and, through a buy out, he organised the acquisition of a portfolio of participations held by Indufin.
He is director of Bartech, NMC, Kyotec Group and Baobab Collection.

Guy graduated as commercial engineer from the KU Leuven (1978). He attended several seminars including Vlerick Leuven School of Management and Insead.
Guy joined Indufin in September 2007. Previously he has worked for nearly 30 years in public accounting. Since 1994 Guy has been managing partner of the Audit and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen and later Deloitte.
Guy has been auditor of companies such as ABX, Bekaert, Carestel, IPTE, LMS, Petrofina, Sioen, Ter Beke, VRT and UZ-Leuven. He advised many family companies and international corporations.
Guy is director of AXI and Veritas. He is also advisor to the Audit Committee of K.U. Leuven and UZ Leuven as well as honorary director of Special Olympics.
